1:1 retained advisory and coaching role with FTSE 100 CEO. Core elements to the assignment relate to stakeholder management at the Board and Executive level, and leadership impact and engagement against an aggressive growth strategy. 

1:1 retained advisory and coaching role with founder and CEO of fast-moving Venture Capital firm. Core elements to the assignment relate to helping the CEO mature the firm, restructure the executive function and empowering and delegating to the leadership team.

1:1 retained advisory and coaching role with founder and CEO of an asset management firm post-PE acquisition. Core elements to the assignment relate to defining new ways of working, stakeholder management, and leadership through an earn-out period.

Executive Coaching

Development of six senior executives in a large Family Office. Each executive has been allocated a Pelham Street coach to help create individual developmental plans and to engage in targeted coaching. These assignments are 6 months in duration. 

Wall Street investment bank uses Pelham Street to support newly appointed Partners. Each Partner is tasked to develop as enterprise-wide leaders – beyond their transactional contribution. The assignments are typically 12 months in duration.

Coaching the senior leaders of a large, listed property firm as part of an integration exercise of a recent acquisition. Coaches are working with the incoming leadership team and the leader of the new combined entity.

Specialist Coaching

Pelham Street Communications coaches have been deployed to support a new CEO of a listed Fund Management business to help develop their impact. Pelham Street has conducted a communications audit to assess how impactful the CEO and leadership messages have been within the organisation.

Pelham Street Communications coaches are supporting a Global Head of Sales at an investment bank for both set-piece communication and leadership brand development.

Pelham Street is coaching a head of transformation at a UK bank where there is a requirement for a coach to have a Tech and Ops background. Often Pelham Street coaches bring content into their assignments.

Executive Team Development

Pelham Street are working with a FTSE 100 Executive team on a 12-18 month project to develop high performance. The project involves diagnostics, observations and team interventions quarterly. The project is designed to define the core mandate of the executive team, identify key drivers of performance, establish behaviours and develop the individuals within the team. 

Pelham Street has recently worked with an Executive Team as they prepared for an IPO. This included assessing the Executive Team, restructuring it and coaching them in preparation for the due diligence process. Several members of the team were given individual coaching, but the core project involved workshops and off-sites to consider both pre and post event leadership challenges. 

Pelham Street worked for 12 months with a Global Functions Executive Team as they led the transformation of a large global pharmaceutical firm. The coaching involved developing four executives for succession to c-suite roles, coaching the newly appointed CTDO and coaching the leadership team on high performance.

Assessment

Pelham Street have been asked to assess a group of Partners at a large global PE firm. The project was focused on assessing leadership competences and capabilities of the Partners. The assessment was followed with developmental coaching for two of the Partners.

Pelham Street have recently assessed the C-suite of a FTSE 100 company. The project was a leadership assessment and included developmental planning and coaching support. The assessment was also used by the team as a building block to develop trust within the team.

Pelham Street have been asked to assess internal successors to the role of Chief Executive of a regional bank. The assignment involved assessing the strengths and development areas of the executives and making actionable development recommendations to close the gaps to readiness.
