The project is designed to define the core mandate of the executive team, identify key drivers of performance, establish behaviours and develop the individuals within the team.
Pelham Street has recently worked with an Executive Team as they prepared for an IPO. This included assessing the Executive Team, restructuring it and coaching them in preparation for the due diligence process. Several members of the team were given individual coaching, but the core project involved workshops and off-sites to consider both pre and post event leadership challenges.
