Erica Handling

Erica has spent over 30 years working in the City of London. She is a founding partner at Ashurst law firm and has been the European General Counsel at Barclays Investment Bank and, most recently, at BlackRock.

As a coach, Erica draws on her experience managing large, complex international teams to help leaders to reach their potential. Passionate about promoting diversity, she is a non-executive director on the Board of the UK Government Legal Department and a trustee and chair of several charities supporting women and criminal justice.
