Frances Young

Frances graduated from The University of Exeter with First Class Honours in Theatre. From there, she proceeded to study at Quest Professional in London, consolidating critical Business Management skills.

Subsequently, she joined The Royal Household as the Programme Coordinator to HRH The Duke of Gloucester. She supported His Royal Highness’ extensive public duties and helped coordinate notable events including the Coronation and various State Visits.

Having discovered a talent for managing competing priorities and wanting to branch into the corporate world, Frances joined Pelham Street in early 2024.

Frances is the Executive Assistant to the CEO
