Gurpreet has spent over 30 years working across Finance and Human Resources in global organisations, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer, Asia for global insurance company Assicurazioni Generali SpA. Prior to this, she held leadership roles at HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Gurpreet has lived and worked in Hong Kong for the past 15 years, but considers herself a global citizen, with family across India, Germany and the US. She specialises in helping organisations and leaders to operate in an increasingly volatile environment while upholding corporate and personal values and an inclusive culture and mindset.
