In his 30-year career, Iain has gained extensive experience as a business transformation, technology & operational leader in the financial services industry. He has held CxO level roles at Santander, TP ICAP, Aberdeen Asset Management, Barclays and UBS, and served on the Executive Board of Microsoft Services. As Chief Operating & Transformation Officer, he led the successful restructuring of Santander UK.

Iain now combines non-executive directorships with his work as a leadership advisor. With his deep technical background and warm, engaging style, he has a proven track record of developing high-performing leaders and organisations and supporting boards in the delivery of complex transformation journeys.
