Jonathan’s career in finance spans 30 years. After qualifying as a chartered accountant, he moved into investment banking in London and New York ultimately running a £1BN+ global structuring business. He left to launch his own fund management business which was sold in 2016, coincidentally the same year in which the fintech business he chaired from its first institutional capital raise was acquired by ICAP. In September 2020 Jonathan was appointed chair of the largest Jewish communal charity in Europe.

Jonathan has been a fervent advocate of coaching since hiring a coach himself after becoming Managing Director at Barclays Capital in 2001. He works primarily with business owners and senior executives focussing on better decision-making, strategic problem-solving and developing organisational intelligence.

Jonathan is a member of the Pelham Street Advisory Board.
