Katie brings over 20 years of expertise in consulting, strategy and transformation. She spent 12 years at KPMG as a management consultant leading global transformations and helping develop consulting capabilities in London, Hong Kong and Singapore before joining the CEO Office of a FTSE 100 global pharmaceutical company, spearheading initiatives to implement corporate strategy, reshape company culture and drive radical digital transformation. She spent 4 years as Chief of Staff to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer, which included leading on leveraging digital and AI capability for growth.

Katie’s coaching approach is rooted in her extensive practical experience of supporting executives and their teams through complex, high-stakes transformations. She excels at helping leaders transition into new roles, navigate organisational change and align their priorities and teams for maximum impact. She is deeply committed to mentoring diverse early-career talent and helping shape the next generation of leaders.
