Louise is an astute, strategic thinker and thought leader with a 35-year career in the Commercial and Not for Profit sectors. This experience underpins her C suite coaching of both individuals and teams.Louise thrives when working with leaders who want to make lasting change and transform the way in which they navigate day-to-day challenges, both on a macro and micro scale. Her engaging style, and empathy help her to deliver sustainable change. Many years spent sitting at Board tables has given her the tools to think through difficult strategic issues and, where appropriate, offer advice.
Louise started her career in the City working for Dewe Rogerson, a leading Financial and Corporate PR business, where she worked on many complex transactions, before moving into a Family Investment and Venture Capital Office, working alongside entrepreneurs across a range of business sectors. In these positions she led teams of varying sizes, which often required strong and decisive leadership skills.
Running her own business and working alongside large Not for Profit organisations such as The Princes Trust, Save the Children and MIND has provided opportunities for Louise to advise at the highest levels, working with both Trustees and Senior Management Teams. Louise is used to working within difficult regulatory environments.
Her current voluntary roles include Trustee of Saracens Multi Academy Trust, Trustee of the Chelsea Football Club Foundation and Vice Chair of the Jewish Leadership Council.
