Richard spent 22 years at McKinsey & Company where as a senior partner he supported leading businesses around the world. Prior to that, he held leadership roles as Chief Strategy Officer at The Thomson Corporation and South African Breweries. He has also supported founders and management teams at rapidly scaling start-ups through his role as a Partner and now Senior Adviser at Activant Capital, a US-based growth equity fund with $2B AUM.

Richard actively supports senior leaders and management teams to drive growth and realize their full potential. He believes that the greatest personal development often comes at key career transition points and works with executives to onboard successfully into new companies, take on the challenge of new roles, or unlock the potential of new teams.
