Before joining Pelham Street, Rob spent 14 years at Apple. In that time, he was a Senior Faculty member for Apple University; Head of Talent, launching Apple’s Global Talent Development strategy, designed to promote inclusion and diversity; and Head of HR for Global Sales, working alongside Tim Cook. Prior to that, he was Vice President of HR for Expedia Europe.

Rob is passionate about leadership. Having led global teams and travelled to over 60 countries, as a coach he is well placed to advise senior leaders across different industry sectors globally to optimise their performance.
