Sally has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, having worked for JP Morgan Chase, RBS and Barclays, where, as Chief Internal Auditor, she managed a large global team and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Sally works with leaders at Board and C-suite levels to help them improve their leadership performance and leverage their strengths in challenging environments. She is a non-executive director at BUPA, a senior advisor to Regtech firm, ACIN, a fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and on the board of Citigroup Global Markets.

Sally is a member of the Pelham Street Advisory Board.
