Shaun Pendry

Leadership has been at the heart of Shaun’s 30-year career, which began as a British Army Officer. After spending 17 years in a variety of military leadership roles, he put his experience to use in the commercial world, working first for PwC and then the William J Clinton Leadership Institute, coaching senior global leaders.

In 2018, Shaun left the Leadership Institute and continues his coaching journey with Pelham Street. He is used to working in complex and challenging environments which require agility, sensitivity and a sense of purpose and has recently started to use resilience coaching as part of his work.
