Sophie had a successful international career in the Financial Services sector during which time she worked with some of the world's leading Investment Banks. She specialised in derivative products and markets, working with Merrill Lynch, The Royal Bank of Scotland in London, Thomson Reuters in Paris, and JP Morgan Financial Services in Sydney.

Sophie has many years coaching experience in the corporate world. She coaches senior individuals and teams globally, although she is primarily based in Paris. She has a warm and engaging coaching style and enjoys supporting leaders and senior leadership teams. She coaches in French and English.
