Suzanne has over three decades of experience in law, finance and international executive leadership, having held roles such as General Counsel, Managing Director and Law Firm Partner in the financial hubs of London, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Her professional expertise, emotional intelligence and cultural awareness allow her to tailor her coaching to help senior leaders and their teams to navigate complex challenges.

Specialising in leadership development, Suzanne works closely with executives across various sectors to enhance their strategic thinking and leadership capabilities and guide them in tackling contemporary leadership challenges, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
